• Hotel Reservations : Refunds for hotel bookings are based on the hotel’s cancellation policy. Certain hotel bookings may be non-refundable, while others may allow a partial refund if canceled within a specific time frame.

We will process your request and initiate a refund with the relevant service provider. Please allow up to 15 days for the refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds for Unused Services If you have not used certain services (e.g., a hotel reservation or a flight segment), you may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on the service provider’s policies. Please note that services such as excursions, car rentals, and tours, once utilized, are generally not refundable.

Refunds for Travel Delays or Cancellations If your flight, hotel, or other travel arrangements are canceled or delayed due to circumstances beyond your control (e.g., weather, strikes, or government regulations), Reliablefares will assist in processing refunds or rebooking, in accordance with the service providers’ policies. However, we are not responsible for any costs incurred due to such disruptions.

9. Processing Time Once a refund request is approved by the service provider, please allow up to 15 days for the funds to be returned to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary based on the service provider and your payment method.
